Slice 5 — Transactions & Payments
The till. Sales (cash + card via Stripe Terminal), refunds, voids, receipts, BC tax application.
Slice 6 — Purchase Orders

Used-bike intake (trade or consign), valuation, listing, sale, payout.

Public-site order intake → Helm fulfillment workflow → ship or pick-up.
Slice 10 — Marketing
Customer segments, SMS/email campaigns, opt-in tracking, GBP + Meta cross-posting.
Slice 11 — AI Conversation Memory
The Support bubble. RAG against the bible + shop D1 + conversation history. Per-customer opt-out.
